After my other phone broke i didnt use crowdfire on this new phone, now i decide to install it and i cant help but notice all the "spam commercial comments with their "buy followers" came back after a long silence... Right after i logged into crowdfire.. This is a extreme coincidence or crowdfire has some explaining to do? Or maybe accident leak somewhere?...

Was a nice app for tracking new followers, recent unfollowers, people not following you back and filtering inactive accounts. Now almost all actions can only be performed once you upgrade to a monthly paid plan!

Cant open on my iphone after last upgrade. I have paid for this month, please fix it!

Keeps asking to re-authenticate. Useless and annoying! Will ask a refund if it is not fixed asap.

Indispensable tool to manage Twitter account.

This app does not work anymore it used to be manageable although it never showed ALL of your followers and unfollowers accurately. Now you have to talk to a "bot" to do anything and it doesnt give you the options it used to. Ive already uninstalled it. Not worth a download anymore.

I saw my friend update his app and literally lose the ability to manage his twitter overnight. I like the old version of the app and am NOT updating. For whatever reason this company has horrible customer service and refuses to listen to its customers. Hopefully they are reading this review over in India where they are based: 1) please change the interface back to the original. This new "bot" garbage NEEDS TO GO. It is not helping anyone. 2) Let me choose who to copy follow one by one. Not make a list of my competitors and do a general copy follow. 3) make the app actually useable. No more bugs no more UI issues. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. This is the last straw crowdfire. I have a very large audience and I was going to recommend them to use your app (which means more money for you guys) but as of now I WILL NOT be doing that until you fix these issues. Still rooting for you guys.

This recent update to the software is terrible. The app keeps telling me that my Twitter is disconnected, but it wont allow me to reconnect it because it isnt disconnected. Useless.

Extremely unstable App. Does not work when you need it. No customer service. It is just wasting of your money and precious time, and I mean hours. Theyll ruin your peace of mind.
