I saw my friend update his app and literally lose the ability to manage his twitter overnight. I like the old version of the app and am NOT updating. For whatever reason this company has horrible customer service and refuses to listen to its customers. Hopefully they are reading this review over in India where they are based:
1) please change the interface back to the original. This new "bot" garbage NEEDS TO GO. It is not helping anyone.
2) Let me choose who to copy follow one by one. Not make a list of my competitors and do a general copy follow.
3) make the app actually useable. No more bugs no more UI issues. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
This is the last straw crowdfire. I have a very large audience and I was going to recommend them to use your app (which means more money for you guys) but as of now I WILL NOT be doing that until you fix these issues.
Still rooting for you guys.
